Zeo Prototypes - Donington Park

June saw Idola and VR Motorsport joined by Aston Martin factory driver Tom Canning in the 106 Praga for the latest Zeo Prototypes event. Tom has previously driven with us and was eager to get back in a fully aero car having spent the majority of his recent track time in Aston Martin GT cars.

For race 1 Tom lined up alongside Shane Kelly on row 2 in the University of Wolverhampton Praga, with the front row taken up by Mike Jenvey and Joe Lock. Tom would finish 3rd on track, 2nd in class behind Shane.

Race 2 saw Tom starting on row 3 and coming in 2nd in class behind the ultra quick Shane again. Tom was just starting to get the hang of the Praga so we look forward to working with him again.
